About em.

I come from a long, narrow country of southwestern South America between the Andes Mountains and the Pacific Ocean; better known as Chile, specifically from the City of Santiago. A city where art vibrates, landscapes conquer, and food fills you with mystery. My family is identified by the love of art, my mother is a designer, and my father is a film director. I guess my admiration to arts clearly come from my background.

I decided to start my career as an interior designer at the age of 18 at Miami Dade College. The love and passion that I felt for spaces grew in abundance, for this reason I decided to continue with a master’s program in Interior Architecture at Florida International University.

As an emerging designer, I am strongly committed to continue to immerse myself in academic and professional experiences so that I can deep in my industry knowledge and ultimately, become a well-shaped designer. My challenging background has allowed me to gain discipline, motivation, initiative, and a better understanding of myself and the world we live in.

I consider myself and an immensely motivated and an enthusiastic leader. Able to use own initiative and work in challenging environments. Effective problem solver who seeks out creative and innovative solutions. Skilled communicator and a strong public speaker. My aspirations as a designer are meant to be aligned with sustainability, where all ideas, processes, and end-products have their portion of corporate social responsibility. Furthermore, I plan on learning how to successfully integrate the three waste R’s, reuse, reduce, and recycle, with architecture and interior design.
